Strategic Initiatives
The Montecalvo Family gave a trailblazing and transformational gift to Invisible International in support of an education platform for tick borne illness. This virtual platform will deliver the latest research on tick borne disease to physicians across the globe and will enable physicians to receive free continuing medical education credits.
A note from Valerie & Frank Montecalvo:
Together we are the owners and founders of the Bayshore Recycling Family of Companies, a multi-faceted recycling operation located in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. Along with our children, Nicole Montecalvo Oppelt and Frankie Montecalvo, we strive to bring recycling and sustainable business practices to the central New Jersey consumer and construction industries.
We believe in being vested in our community and lend our time and assets to help local charities, environmental groups, educational outreach, animals advocacy, and support many healthcare initiatives. While we serve on many committees and boards of local organizations dedicated to the betterment of those in need, we strongly relish our roles as champions for the environment. We are passionately devoted to sustainable practices and recycling as much as possible for our beleaguered planet. Climate change is a serious issue, and we all we need to pay attention to what we are doing to contribute to this calamity. Due to the rise of overall global temperature, there has been a proliferation of ticks and the diseases they carry afflicting so many and this seriously concerns us.
Through all of our business endeavors, our family has been battling Lyme Disease and various co-infections. The lack of understanding, research and affordable treatment from mainstream medicine is why we have decided to invest in the research of Dr. Nevena Zubcevik and Invisible International. While a cure may be down the road, we are confident it will eventually be found. The fact that we have been able to enjoy a better quality of life is thanks to the many Lyme-literature physicians who have helped us is due to our own advocacy. We feel this is an area where we can help others. So, we are lending our assets to this important research, and it is our hope that you will be inspired to join us. Our planet and its inhabitants are in crisis. Please contribute to finding a cure or treatment to help end this epidemic.
